You will need to have your services set up through Online Scheduling before you can use these templates. This bundle includes Plug and Play Email templates you can use to send information to clients for their appointments scheduled with you through online scheduling for services you have already set up. This pack includes 5 email templates - Confirmation Email, Day before and Day of Reminders, as well as Cancellation and Appointment Request Received emails.

These templates are plug-and-play. The only information you will need to update in these emails is your time zone, as these emails include a reminder that the appointment time is in YOUR time zone so your clients show up at the appropriate time. 

This pack includes the following emails: 

- Appointment Confirmed - this email sends your client an email confirming the service they have booked, as well as the date and start time. 

- Appointment Request Received - this email notifies your clients that you have received their request for an appointment, but that you will check your calendar to ensure you are available before confirming the appointment. This is used when your online scheduling is set to approve appointments manually before confirming. 

- Appointment Tomorrow - this email reminds your client about their appointment tomorrow, and includes date, start time, location name, address, and notes. 

- Appointment Today - this email reminds your client about their appointment today, and includes date, start time, location name, address, and notes. 

- Cancellation - this email confirms when an appointment has been canceled.
