This Generic (non-industry specific) Bundle is designed to be used in any business that wants to sell Gift Certificates using the 17hats system.
It automates the process of selling and delivering gift certificates within 17hats. It includes a lead capture form, workflow to deliver a quote to purchase the gift certificate, and the delivery of the actual gift certificate.
It’s set up to offer 4 standard amounts (to be determined by you), but can be modified to accommodate as many different amounts as you desire.

This bundle includes everything you need to sell and redeem gift certificates using the 17hats system.
The bundle includes two options for gift certificate delivery - one using a 17hats contract as the actual gift certificate, and another allowing for the attachment of a pdf or other doc for the actual gift certificate. This bundle also includes the Invoice template and instructions to be used upon redemption of the gift certificate by the recipient. It includes 6 emails, 2 quotes, 1 invoice, 4 contracts (gift certificates), 2 lead capture forms, and 10 workflows.
All items in this bundle are plug and play, with minimal setup on your part, but are completely customizable to meet your specific needs. Specific instructions regarding items you will need to set up yourself will be provided upon purchase. The items you will need to setup or modify yourself include: Documents & Emails and Workflow Names. Placeholders for specific information related to your gift certificates are included in templates and will also need to be updated.
